Inspired by an 1800’s cottage, this architecture was born out of necessity — to prevent the kitchen from heating up the whole house. We love the classic silhouette, a two story farm house with a barn like kitchen on the side. The flexible footprint of these cottages start at just over 1,000 square feet and expand to nearly 1,500 square feet.
